NETCE postponed to 10-11 October 2022

Nigeria- Egypt Trade Conference & Exhibition NETCE, which brings together 150 Nigerian businessmen with 150 Egyptian businessmen in Cairo, has been postponed to October 10-11, 2022 at the St. Regis Hotel, Administrative Capital

Introduction:
Nigeria is one of the three largest entities on the African continent, which is a promising republic, with a population of 230 million.
The Arab Republic of Egypt is an ancient country and a major transit gateway to the African continent, with a population of 110 million.
Relations between Egypt and Nigeria are back to the early 1960s, trade relations between the two countries are booming, it has grown significantly, and there has been a surge in most of Nigeria’s export items over the past year to $181 million, and is expected to reach $186 million by 2024.

There is a great demand for Egyptian products from the Nigerian market such as furniture, plastic products and many other products, it is really a promising market for Egyptian investments, great companies such as: Egypt Air, Arab Contractors, Orascom Construction, Igero, Mantrak, Swedish Cables ….and many other major Egyptian companies operate in the Nigerian market.

Almost 95% of Nigeria’s exports to Egypt are petroleum and gas products, and the rest are agricultural commodities.
The imports are mainly petroleum products, cars and vehicles, electrical and electronic appliances, medical devices, machinery and equipment for real estate development.
