In continuation of the ongoing efforts, activities, and the distinguished relationships that the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA) maintains with its strategic partners, and in light of some external entities’ interest in cooperating with the Association and its members, we have received an invitation from the Embassy of Belarus in Egypt to introduce JSC EKZON, a modern and advanced Belarusian pharmaceutical company.
JSC Ekzon began its operations in 1995, with its first product being Hematogen. Through continuous development of its operations, the production volume of this healthy nutritional product has reached 21 million pieces annually, while maintaining high quality and excellent taste. Over 30 years in the pharmaceutical market, the company has focused on three main areas of activity: pharmaceutical production, dietary supplements, and food products. By developing its third line of business — specialized food production — Ekzon has become the only pharmaceutical company in Belarus operating in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
The company operates four main production units:
- Hematogen production unit
- Syrup production unit
- Tablet production unit
- Powder and granule production unit
Objectives of Cooperation:
- Expand the consumer base in Egypt by introducing new products to the local market.
- Enhance Egypt’s position as a platform for exporting Belarusian products to other African and Arab countries.
- Encourage long-term commercial cooperation between Egyptian and Belarusian companies in pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, and health products.
- Support affordable prices for the end consumer through high-quality generic products.
- Transfer modern expertise and technologies in pharmaceutical and dietary supplement production to Egyptian companies.
- Develop supply chains and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of Belarusian products to the Egyptian market.
- Promote joint investment in production or distribution projects for pharmaceuticals and specialized food products.
- Strengthen bilateral economic relations between Egypt and Belarus in the health and industrial sectors.
