The Egyptian–Indian Pharmaceutical Industries Forum

One Forum… Unmissable Opportunities in the Pharmaceutical Industry

As part of the ongoing efforts and the distinguished relationships that connect the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA) with its strategic partners, and in line with the Association’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with external entities, we have received an invitation from the Embassy of India in Cairo to participate in the Egyptian–Indian Pharmaceutical Industries Forum.

This forum represents one of the key international platforms aimed at deepening industrial and investment cooperation between Egypt and India, and at opening new horizons for direct partnerships between Egyptian companies and their Indian counterparts—particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, which is considered one of the fastest-growing and most influential sectors at both the regional and international levels.

Notably, the forum will witness the participation of more than 65 major Indian companies, offering real opportunities for direct networking, exploring joint manufacturing prospects, technology transfer, and expanding trade exchange, in a way that supports growth plans and enhances the competitiveness of Egyptian companies in international markets.

Objectives of the Egyptian–Indian Pharmaceutical Industries Forum:

  • Strengthening strategic cooperation between Egyptian and Indian pharmaceutical companies.

  • Opening new avenues for joint investment, trade, and manufacturing partnerships.

  • Supporting technology transfer and the exchange of technical and managerial expertise.

  • Encouraging joint manufacturing and increasing the added value of the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt.

  • Exploring opportunities for expansion into regional and international markets, particularly African markets.

  • Enhancing export opportunities and increasing the competitiveness of Egyptian pharmaceutical products.

  • Providing an effective platform for direct communication and building sustainable business relationships between private sector representatives.

  • Supporting industrial integration efforts and achieving sustainable development in the pharmaceutical sector.
