In continuation of the ongoing efforts and the distinguished relationships that connect the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association (EABA) with its strategic partners, and with a keen interest in strengthening cooperation with external entities, we have received an invitation from the Embassy of the Republic of Mauritius to participate in multiple tenders in key sectors, namely: wastewater management, energy, healthcare, security, and meteorology. The projects include:
Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant and a pumping station.
Establishment of a power generation unit with a capacity of 1.9–2.5 MW.
Supply of medicines for the Heart Disease Care Fund.
Supply and installation of mobile phone jamming devices in a high-security prison.
Supply, installation, and operation of 10 automated weather stations (AWS) with training.
A wide range of Egyptian and African companies can benefit from these tenders, especially:
construction and infrastructure companies, water and wastewater companies, energy and generator/turbine companies, pharmaceutical and drug distribution companies, security and telecommunications technology companies, and companies providing measurement devices and weather stations.
Objectives:
Enhance economic cooperation between Egypt and African countries through company participation in developmental projects.
Open new business opportunities for Egyptian and African companies in infrastructure, energy, healthcare, security, and meteorology.
Support private sector growth by enabling companies to participate in strategic tenders and projects in Mauritius.
Facilitate the transfer and exchange of expertise and technologies among local and African companies in vital sectors.
Increase the contribution of Egyptian and African companies to the development of infrastructure and vital projects in African countries.
Strengthen the regional presence and competitiveness of Egyptian and African companies in foreign markets.
