As a continuation of the efforts and activities in force and the distinguished relations that link the association with its strategic partners, in which some external parties are keen to cooperate with the association and its members, we have received from the Ministry of Agriculture and Agricultural Reclamation a letter to circulate to the members of the association Tanzanian investment options
- Executing Egyptian agricultural investments in Tanzania, represented in either following up on what the center announces successively regarding the availability of plots of land available for agricultural investment for those interested
- Addressing the center to request identifying the most suitable lands according to the nature of the targeted cultivations, as the Tanzanian law allows leasing lands for a fixed period (33-66-99 years).
- Land can be rented through the Tanzanian Investment Center as a guarantee for investors, at a small value higher than the market price, and for a period of less than a year than the legal lease period.
- Providing the matchmaking service for everyone between the two parties from the two countries to reach a common formula for direct investment in what they sell
