As part of the ongoing efforts, activities, and strong relations established between the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA) and its strategic partners — and in light of the keen interest of certain external entities to cooperate with the Association and its members — we have received an invitation from the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), in collaboration with the Egyptian Tax Authority, to attend a seminar entitled “Seminar on Tax Incentives and Facilitation – First Package” The seminar aims to present key legislative amendments in the new tax laws, explain the tax exemptions and facilities granted to support the investment environment and stimulate economic growth, and clarify the implementation mechanisms and procedures required by companies to benefit from these incentives. The session will also include a Q&A segment to address participants’ inquiries on the subject.
