In continuation of the efforts and activities in place and the distinguished relations between the Egyptian African Businessmen Association and its strategic partners, in which some external parties are keen to cooperate with the Association and its members, we received the following:
• Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Competition Protection Law
• How to apply the articles related to the protection of competition contained in the Law Regulating Contracts Concluded by Public Bodies No. 182 of 2018, as well as those contained in its executive regulations issued by Minister of Finance Resolution No. 692 of 2019.
• The Competition Protection Agency’s instructions regarding the total exemption policy contained in Article (26) of the Competition Protection Law
• Competition Protection Authority guidelines regarding evaluating the effects of laws and regulations on competition
