Continuing the ongoing efforts and the distinguished relationships that the Association maintains with its strategic partners, and keen on enhancing cooperation with external entities and opening new horizons for the Egyptian business community, we have received an invitation from the Embassy of Sri Lanka. The Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation in Sri Lanka has announced an international tender for the chartering of two advanced harbor tugs with a bollard pull of 70 tons (BP), featuring twin azimuth stern drive, for the Sri Lanka Ports Authority to operate at the Port of Colombo, one of the region’s most vital ports. This tender comes as part of efforts to support and develop port infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of maritime operations, providing an opportunity for companies specialized in maritime services and shipping to participate and submit their proposals, reflecting their expertise and operational capabilities in this vital sector.
