In continuation of the ongoing efforts and the distinguished relations between the Egyptian African Businessmen Association and its strategic partners, and in support of strengthening cooperation with external entities, the Association has received an invitation from the Embassy of Sri Lanka regarding the announcement of two tenders issued by SriLankan Catering Ltd for the supply of food products for one year.
The tenders include the following:
Supply of juice items for one year, from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027.
Supply of corn oil for one year, from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027.
These tenders represent a valuable opportunity for Egyptian companies operating in the food industry sector to enhance their exports, enter into stable external contracts, and strengthen their presence in Asian markets, contributing to supporting the country’s direction towards increasing trade exchange rates and diversifying international partnerships.
Objectives:
Strengthening commercial cooperation between Egypt and Sri Lanka and opening new export channels.
Providing sustainable export opportunities for Egyptian companies in the food industry sector.
Diversifying external markets for Egyptian products and reducing reliance on traditional markets.
Enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian products in Asian markets.
Supporting the state’s orientation towards increasing exports and deepening international economic partnerships.
Establishing long-term contractual relationships with external suppliers.
