Plans to launch an effective export initiative to enhance Egypt’s role as a strategic partner in promoting African trade

On the sidelines of the Intra-African Trade Fair in Cairo (IATF), the “Effective Export” initiative will be launched on the second day of the exhibition, on Friday, November 10. This initiative comes as a result of a strategic partnership between GIT-ZONE International Company and the Egyptian African Businessmen Association.

The idea of the “Effective Export” initiative came to help local factories and companies penetrate international markets in an organized and thoughtful manner through professional studies, practical steps, and sustainable policies to be present in international markets and deepen trade relations with target markets.

Dr. Yousrey El-Sharkawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian African Businessmen Association, expressed that the launch of the “Effective Export” initiative during the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) represents an important step towards supporting and enhancing the capabilities of local companies in the field of export. Dr. El-Sharqawi stressed that this initiative is the result of a strategic partnership between GIT-ZONE International Company and the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association.

Regarding the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF), Dr. El-Sharkawi, being the Egyptian ambassador for this edition of the exhibition, pointed out the importance of the exhibition as one of the most prominent trade events on the African continent, which strengthens Egypt’s position as a strategic partner in promoting African trade.

Regarding the “Effective Export” initiative, Dr. El-Sharqawi stressed, “We realize the importance of export as an engine for economic growth and diversification of revenues. Therefore, we consider our initiative to be a security for local companies and an opportunity to achieve sustainable success in the global market. We are committed to providing support and knowledge to companies, and we will work seriously to empower those who wish.” in exporting and providing them with the necessary tools and strategies to achieve success.

Mr. Osama Fahmy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GIT-ZONE International Company and Chairman of the Export and International Cooperation Committee of the Egyptian African Businessmen Association, also expressed his pride in launching the “Effective Export” initiative during the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF). He pointed out the importance of this initiative as a vital means to support and enable local companies to successfully export.

Regarding his participation in the IATF exhibition, Mr. Fahmy stressed that this exhibition is one of the most prominent commercial events on the African continent. He said: “We consider our participation in the IATF exhibition a unique opportunity to communicate with African companies and economic entities, and to consolidate our relations with African markets.”

Regarding the “Effective Export” initiative, Mr. Fahmy added: “We fully understand the importance of companies’ role in exporting as a driver of growth and revenue diversification. After that, a meeting will be arranged to learn about the company’s activity in depth, and evaluate it based on its future vision.
