EABA meeting with leaders of the Ministry of Trade and Industry

The Egyptian-African Businessmen Association headed by Dr. Yousrey Elsharkawi participated In a long meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, The sector of international agreements and foreign relations.

The meeting comes within the coordination meetings previously coordinated between the Standards and Metrology Authority and the Export Control Authority and the delegation of the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association.

The meeting aimed to coordinate joint work between the Egyptian business community in all sectors of the industrial, commercial, agricultural and service economy. And how to overcome problems and difficulties and reach real recommendations that can be implemented and that facilitate joint government work with the private sector in a meaningful community dialogue to solve problems and coordinate work within the continent effectively to achieve the orientations of the Egyptian state and the goal of the private sector in growth.

Dr. Yousrey ElSharkawi, chairman of the Egyptian-African Businessmen’s Association, stressed that proximity, rapprochement, and direct action between the private sector, Organizing ranks within the financial and business community will have the positive impact of achieving the boom in strengthening Egyptian-African trade relations in the global competitive race. We, as an association, have made special strides in these steps.

The attendees explained that the ministry is keen on marketing industrial complexes, expanding their establishment, and achieving interlocking within the complexes between small and large industries, which contributes to achieving integration between supply and production chains.

The attendees affirmed the government’s keenness to provide energy to the industrial sector at competitive prices, as this matter is constantly being studied. This is within the framework of the state’s keenness to provide energy mechanisms to manufacturers with the best possible solutions.
