Notably, the 170 graduate students (master’s and doctoral students) come from 33 African countries, and the university is actively engaged in Egypt for French-speaking countries. Many ministers and public figures in their respective countries have graduated from this university. Three ministers from African countries attended the ceremony, along with numerous ambassadors, consuls, diplomats, and business representatives from African countries in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

El-Sharqawi expressed his joy at attending the graduation ceremony and emphasized the importance of continuing Egypt’s contribution to African affairs. He highlighted the need for a dynamic private sector that creates opportunities actively rather than passively waiting for them. In a crucial discussion with the students, Al-Sharqawi stressed the importance of real and effective collaboration, aiming to integrate education and work to support trade and investment between Egypt and African countries. He proposed a unique approach of utilizing students’ skills during their study journey to achieve mutual benefits.
