Workshop on Carbon Border Adjustment

In continuation of the ongoing efforts and activities, and the distinguished relations that the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA) maintains with its strategic partners, and within the framework in which several external entities are keen to cooperate with the Association and its members, we have received from ANIMA Investment Network an invitation to attend the online workshop it is organizing on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, under the title:
“How can exporters in the Mediterranean region effectively deal with the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)?”

Workshop Topics:

• Methodology for calculating the carbon footprint of products.

• Detailed review of the CBAM methodology.

• Practical exercises among participating companies.
