The Labor & Social Responsibility Committee support Egyptian exports

Since the establishment of the Egyptian-African Businessmen’s Association, and the presidency of Dr.  Yousrey Elsharkawi , the association has begun to take important steps; To contribute to the development of the financial and business community, and within the framework of its activities to support the financial and business community and to develop the role of the social responsibility of the association, an introductory meeting was held for the work and social responsibility committee of the association.

During which the Labor and Social Responsibility Committee took decisions aimed at preparing a number of training courses to qualify companies and institutions, both members and non-members of the association; To develop Egyptian exports to African countries and invest in export opportunities in light of the economic problems in the world.

Elsharkawi stressed that the Labor and Social Responsibility Committee seeks to encourage Egyptian exports through the decisions it takes in its meetings, stressing that implementing these measures will achieve a huge increase in the volume of Egyptian exports and raise their competitiveness in foreign markets.

He explained that the committee constantly reviews the Egyptian export opportunities available in the current and promising markets, and discusses problems related to this sector. To come up with viable solutions, and to stimulate and promote Egyptian exports.

Elsharkawi confirmed that the meeting resulted in the inauguration of EABA international trading unit – the international trade unit, consisting of 9 members subject to export activity, and they are from the following committees: international trade and foreign relations, export, work and social responsibility, and 6 members of the association include experts and trainers.

The decisions of the Labor and Social Responsibility Committee stipulated the implementation of the following:

Preparing and implementing a number of training and rehabilitation programs such as:
o Building, qualifying and managing work teams in the field of export.
o Shipping and customs logistics.
o Marketing and penetration of foreign markets.
o International law and legal transactions in foreign markets.
o Financing and securing exports and financial transactions.

Target groups: chairmen of the board of directors of companies and institutions wishing to export – employees of export departments – those looking for job opportunities in the field of export – companies operating in the field of shipping.
Method: Online with an opening and closing session in a Cairo hotel.
Accreditation: A certificate of completion of the applied training program is issued.
Marketing the unit’s activities: Make a marketing plan for the unit for the online and offline training programs.

At the end of the dialogue, Elsharkawi stressed that implementing these measures can transform Egypt into a center that leads the African economy. To reach his ambitions, he affirmed the association’s full readiness to cooperate with all non-member institutions, to ensure the spread of Egyptian exports in various African and global markets.
