A delegation from the Egyptian-African Businessmen Association headed by Dr. Yousrey Elsharkawi visited Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry, In order to explore ways of joint cooperation, It was held in the International Agreements Sector and in the presence of the head of the sector and several directors of the concerned departments at the headquarters of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
The meeting, which included experts from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and businessmen of industry members of the association, lasted for hours. Elsharkawi reviewed the association’s role and the goal of its establishment and its support for Egyptian and African companies in discussing solutions to the challenges they face. and enhance their capabilities to expand deep into the continent.
He stressed the importance of cooperation between the association and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, To help them research the challenges facing companies, Spreading awareness among the African business community of the importance of joint action and its role in development, Supporting and empowering women and youth economically.
Elsharkawi stressed that the association seeks, through the joint protocol with the ministry, to develop a successful plan; To support expansion within Africa, and develop ideas for sustainable corporate growth on the continent in a sound manner.
He pointed out the great interest that the Ministry attaches to supporting the economy and expansion, It is certain that it operates according to certain principles, To combat poverty, unemployment, business development and expansion, By providing everything these companies need.
It was agreed to repeat technical meetings between the association and the ministry.
