EABA at the Berlin International Lighting and Decoration Exhibition 2022

The Egyptian-African Businessmen Association, headed by Dr. Yousrey Elsharkawi and one of the most important member companies, participated in the International Lighting Fair in Berlin, which is held every two years at Messe Frankfurt fairgrounds, with the participation and attendance of more than 1,600 exhibitors from all over the world, nearly 46 countries, in early October

Elsharkawi stressed that we are working through the association’s various specialized committees, the most important of which is the Industry Committee, to achieve good access to Egyptian exports manufactured in Egypt and with Egyptian hands specifically for companies and factories of outstanding quality such as Tree Brothers products, and we are trying hard to achieve more than one goal in one axis such as dealing and coordination with partners. Strategists in global markets and at the same time achieve export rates and goals and open new horizons for Egyptian exports on the continent, but through presence and support in international exhibitions and markets that gather buyers from all over the world, including Africa.

 

 

 

 

 

Irene Michel, Vice Chairman of the Association’s Industry Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Tree Brothers Lighting, confirmed that the strong participation brings strong results in light of the circumstances and challenges. We have no choice but to open new markets wishing to increase the state’s support in running the wheel of industrial production, which we as manufacturers desperately need.

Irene Michel indicated that the statistics of the exhibition in Berlin showed that 70% of companies and more than 52% of professional traders and specialists in the world in the field of lighting and interior decoration participated in this edition, with China coming in the forefront of the attendance strongly, followed by the European Union countries, including Italy, Holland, France and Belgium On the order., There were also many visitors to the exhibition from specialists from Russia, England and Korea.

 

 

 

 

 

Michel expressed her happiness that, as an Egyptian company, it has entered the African markets strongly and is now in the stages of expansion and further opening of the markets, which requires more concerted efforts and good and hard work because the beginnings are not difficult, but not impossible, and that it works through the Association’s Industry Committee and the Export and International Trade Committees in The association has to provide all that is required regarding the opening of African markets and a good Egyptian-African presence
