The second edition aims to achieve a number of strategic objectives, most notably:
Strengthening collaboration between Egyptian real estate developers and their counterparts across Africa to unlock new markets and foster new partnership opportunities.
Attracting greater African investment into Egypt’s real estate development sector.
Supporting the export of Egyptian expertise in construction and urban development to African markets.
Showcasing promising investment opportunities in the New Administrative Capital and Egypt’s modern urban developments.

The Association affirms that this strategic partnership reflects its vision of promoting economic and investment cooperation between Egypt and African countries, while creating new opportunities for the private sector to achieve sustainable development and strengthen regional integration.
