Continuing the ongoing efforts and the distinguished relations between the Egyptian African Businessmen Association (EABA) and its strategic partners, and in line with strengthening cooperation with external entities, the Association has received a letter from the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones regarding the dissemination and circulation of the announcement related to activating Article (3) of the Executive Regulations of Investment Law No. (72) of 2017, in accordance with Decision No. (403) of 2024 issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, to support development efforts aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and promoting corporate social responsibility principles in line with Egypt Vision 2030, contributing to building an integrated system for corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in Egypt.
The deadline for submission is 15 March 2026.
Objectives:
Enhancing the role of Egyptian companies in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
Supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in line with Egypt Vision 2030.
Building a comprehensive database on corporate social responsibility activities in Egypt.
Encouraging companies to adopt sustainable practices that contribute to economic and social development.
Strengthening partnerships between the private sector and government entities in supporting development efforts.
In this regard, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones urges Egyptian companies to submit their annual reports on corporate social responsibility/sustainable development by completing the electronic form available through the following link:
