EABA launches the Egyptian-Sudanese Real Estate Exhibition in the presence of the Sudanese Minister Plenipotentiary.

Continuing the ongoing efforts and distinguished relations that the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA) maintains with its strategic partners, and in light of the external entities’ keenness to collaborate with the association and its members, the Egyptian-Sudanese Real Estate Exhibition was inaugurated today, Friday, August 16. This step reflects the deep economic and trade relations between the two brotherly countries. The event is officially sponsored by the Egyptian African Businessmen Association and organized by GM Real Estate Marketing, one of the prominent members of the EABA.

The opening ceremony was attended by Ambassador Plenipotentiary Omar Al-Farouq, Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Yousrey El-Sharkawi, Chairman of EABA, along with many senior businessmen, investors, and prominent figures from both countries.

Dr. Yousrey El-Sharkawi, Chairman of  EABA, expressed his happiness at the launch of the exhibition, stating, “This event represents a golden opportunity to enhance economic cooperation and integrate the informal economy of the Sudanese community into official economic channels. This supports economic stability and cooperation between Egypt and Sudan and reflects the association’s commitment to supporting and developing the real estate sector in the region.”

Dr. El-Sharkawi added that “the exhibition is not just a space to showcase modern real estate projects but also an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge between professionals and investors, contributing to the development of best practices and innovations in this sector.”

Dr.El-Sharkawi also emphasized the importance of highlighting real estate projects that support sustainable development, saying, “Through this exhibition, we seek to support initiatives that contribute to improving infrastructure and enhancing environmental sustainability in both countries. We aim for this event to inspire investors to adopt projects that support sustainable development and meet the needs of local communities.”

The exhibition hosted a select group of the largest Egyptian real estate companies, showcasing a variety of real estate projects available for investment in Egypt. This comes within the framework of encouraging economic cooperation between the two countries and providing promising investment opportunities for Sudanese investors.

This exhibition represents an important platform for interaction between real estate companies from Egypt and Sudan and has attracted a large number of visitors, with over 900 attendees on the first day alone. This reflects the great interest that Sudanese investors have in real estate investment in Egypt.

The exhibition is scheduled to continue on Friday and Saturday, August 16 and 17, at the Tolip Gardens Hotel – Nasr City, Gardenia City Compound. This event is a great opportunity for all those interested in real estate affairs in Egypt and Sudan to learn about the latest innovations and opportunities in this field, as well as to strengthen trade and investment relations between the two countries.
