Sudanese Ambassador in Cairo, Emad El-Din Adawi, will inaugurate the activities of the second edition of the Egyptian-Sudanese Real Estate Exhibition, which will take place from August 16 to 17 in Cairo. The event is under the auspices of the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA), led by Dr. Yousrey El-Sharkawi, and the Chairman of this edition, and with the sponsorship and presence of New Cairo Developers, headed by Engineer Mohamed El-Bostany.
The exhibition will see the participation of 20 real estate development companies in Egypt, showcasing more than 60 investment projects in Cairo and various other governorates. These projects include residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel developments.
Dr. Yousrey El-Sharkawi, Chairman of this edition, explained that the Egyptian-Sudanese Real Estate Exhibition comes at an important time to boost real estate sales and create new export opportunities, aligning with the Association’s goal of developing the real estate sector to provide suitable housing for Sudanese brothers and integrate the informal economy into the formal economy.
Engineer Mohamed El-Bostany stated that the New Cairo Developers Association finds that the exhibition aligns with the state and the association’s plans to stimulate real estate sales and create new opportunities for exporting Egyptian real estate, achieving the highest possible amount of foreign currency.
Dr. Omar El-Manan, representative of GM for Real Estate, said that the Egyptian-Sudanese Real Estate Exhibition, to be held on August 16 and 17, 2024, at the Tulip Gardens Hotel in Nasr City, Cairo, presents a strong opportunity for Sudanese people to buy and own property in Egypt at competitive prices, with discounts reaching up to 55% and payment periods extending up to 12 years in some cases.
Dr. Omar El-Manan confirmed that Sudanese citizens have the right to own property in Egypt and pass it on to future generations. Properties can also be invested in by renting them out or reselling them at a good profit margin. Purchasing property also grants long-term and extended residence in Egypt.
Manar Mamdouh, Chairman of Challenge for Real Estate and one of the organizers of the exhibition, confirmed that this exhibition comes in response to the high demand from Sudanese brothers to own property in Egypt, especially after the success of the first exhibition in December 2022 in Khartoum.
Manar Mamdouh clarified that this year’s Egyptian-Sudanese Real Estate Exhibition includes more than 60 investment projects, offering discounts of up to 55% and payment periods of up to 12 years. The exhibition has ensured the provision of the largest projects in various new cities to meet the needs and tastes of Sudanese brothers.
