21 local and international bodies, in addition to a group of senior economists, thinkers and specialized experts, are participating in the activities of the Economic Conference Egypt 2022, which will be held under the instructions of the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, with the aim of agreeing on the country’s economic roadmap during the coming periods, and proposing clear policies and measures that contribute In increasing the competitiveness and flexibility of the Egyptian economy, as well as announcing a number of incentives for the industrial sector and exporters to achieve national goals.
The conference agenda includes several sessions within 3 days, according to 3 main tracks. The first track includes macroeconomic policies. The second track is empowering the private sector and creating a business environment. As for the third track, it deals with the formulation of the future roadmap for the priority sectors in the government’s work program for the coming period. This track will witness the holding of a number of interactive sessions that will discuss the visions and ideas of experts on what policies are required to achieve national goals in a number of priority sectors for the Egyptian economy, and the nature of Actions required to overcome the existing challenges facing these sectors.
