The Egyptian African Businessmen Association, Headed by Dr. Yousrey ElSharkawi, accpeted Invitation to visit the Arab Contractors Company for Facilities Management, headed by Major General Dr. Mohamed Mandour, With the aim of coordinating and deliberating work within the Egyptian society and with the expansion of aspects of cooperation within the African continent, an extension of the historical depth and confidence that the Arab Contractors Company has demonstrated in the Egyptian-African presence for more than half a century in more than 30 African countries.
The meeting reviewed all the strategic plans and vision related to the association. To modernize and present the Egyptian financial and business community in the depths of Africa in a way that demonstrates the real active presence of different levels, different groups and different sectors in the various fields and axes of the economy, Approaching new thinking and global economic mechanisms imposed by a modern reality in which Egypt and its leadership came to the fore with a good vision that only needs a backer from the private sector who owns these important tools that achieve part of the vision and dream of the Egyptian political leadership in promoting joint African cooperation and an optimal presence based on common interests and the public interest countries of the continent and its people.
The attendees listened to a presentation on the work of the Arab Contractors Company for Facilities Management and future development plans with the axes of expansion in training and qualifying the human cadre in order to meet the company’s needs in a way that ensures efficiency, quality, accuracy and speed of performance in an area that awaits a promising future, which is the field of providing integrated services facilities for all facilities, maintenance and cleaning work Security and guarding.
Mandour stressed the company’s readiness to fully work with this package of services within the continent, especially since the offices of the Arab contractors are already present and spread on the continent, and the successes that the association conducted in a short period of time made us confident that this cooperation will be very fruitful and achieve unprecedented goals and results.
Mandour added that we are working around the clock to meet the requirements and needs of the new giant fourth generation communities and cities that were launched in Egypt.
ElSharkawi presented some mutual discussions, and according to what he presented to the company’s strong capabilities, Packages of development theses with innovative ideas outside the fund for many projects related to the nature of this activity, through which packages of integrated solutions can be provided to citizens, owners, and residents of various real estate in a comprehensive development process that solves many accumulated and successive problems, And regarding the inauguration of a technical education school for maintenance and preparation of technicians in 5 basic sectors, including Egyptian and African youth, under the auspices of the Arab Contractors.
ElSharkawi hoped that the Arab Contractors Company for Services and Facilities Management would establish a specialized system integrated with quality mechanisms and be the reference that takes the specifications and the Egyptian and international codes in this sector and register this system in Egypt and the African Union in a way that contributes to more work in this important service sector, which is part of The future of the African economy.
